How often do you get new items?

Because we are now a year-round store, we receive new items every few weeks as things sell out.

What do I do if my item doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Items purchased online can be returned in the store within 90 days of purchase AND as long as the tags are on and it has not been worn.  Some items, including uniform shirts, masks and personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange.

 

The item I want is not available in my size - do you have it in the store or can I order it?

No - our inventory in the store is used to fulfill orders.  If you don't see it online, then it's sold out.  Unfortunately, due to the minimum number required by our vendors, we can't order one here or one there.  We have to order 48 in order to have items printed or embroidered with our logo.

 

If I place my order online, can I just pick it up or have my student pick it up rather than have it shipped?

Yes! Simply check 'Store Pickup' during checkout and the shipping fee will be waived.  Orders will be available on the Monday, Wednesday or Friday after your order is placed from 10am - 5pm.  Please call the store when you arrive and we will bring out your order.  515-222-1012
