In Store and Web Store Return Policy
Most items* sold by the Campus Store are covered with the following return policy:
Items may be returned for refund or exchanged for other product as long as the transaction is done within 90 days of original purchase date and the items are in new condition, unwashed and unworn and the original tags are attached. Refunds will be given using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Uniforms may not be returned for refund.
Uniform cotton short sleeve polo shirts in standard sizes (S - 2XL) and cotton long sleeve polo shirts in black or maroon and in standard sizes (S - XL) may be exchanged for other items carried by the store including spirit wear or in stock uniform items.
- Special order items may not be returned for refund and are not eligible for exchange.
These items include but are not limited to - plastic yard signs, spirit signs, spirit sign riders, activity specific apparel and accessories, personalized backpacks, and any item that has been personalized.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return, refund or exchange. "Final Sale" may be indicated on the product's webpage, price tag or on the sales receipt. No exceptions can be made for this policy.
Refunds and exchanges may be handled in store or via US Mail or UPS. Customers wishing to ship an item back for refund or exchange are responsible for the return shipping fees and in the event of an exchange, the additional shipping fees to ship the replacement item or items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
